SHOPPING - You can shop online in confidence at somemusic as your card details are not taken until you leave our shopping cart (powered by Roman Cart) and enter the secure payment and transaction environment powered by Nochex. We never get to see your card details.
Select the CDs you want to purchase by using the Add to Basket, View Basket, and Checkout buttons. You can obtain further information on the CDs and listen to extracts by using the links provided.
Check the details in Your Basket and amend/remove products as necessary. Select the correct postal region so that the right postage and packaging charges are added to your order. If you have a Gift/Promotional Code enter it in the box provided and click the Apply Button.
You can pay for your order in one of two ways;
1. Click to go to the Checkout and follow the onscreen instructions. Your payment is then processed by our card payment service provider Nochex and once your payment is authorised you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, OR
2. By paying via the PayPal Express checkout in the usual way.

SECURITY POLICY - When you enter the payment process on our shopping cart you are transferred on to a secure server using encryption technology. This means that sensitive information such as your credit or charge card details cannot be intercepted and seen by anyone except our Payment Service Provider, Nochex. somemusic never see your card details, we are notified by e-mail when you place an order and informed when your payment has been authorised by your bank.
PRIVACY POLICY - somemusic are committed to protecting your privacy. When you browse our site we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we collect any personal information is when you knowingly give it to us. For example, when you place an order via our website, send us an e-mail or register on our mailing list etc...
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - Any information we do receive from you is used by us only to improve our services to you. We do not pass on any of your personal details to other parties or companies except where necessary to process your order or payment.
DISCLOSURE - somemusic will provide a summary of any personal information held upon request. This information will only be sent to the e-mail address on our records for the customer name associated with it. To obtain such a summary, please send an e-mail to customerservices@somemusic.co.uk.
